Pop and Pour with left over roast beef. Fruit has subsided a bit but still plenty there, cherry, strawberry with some funk behind it. Good mouth feel, smooth and velvety. Nice cherry red color. Very enjoyable.

Celebratory Friday night roast chicken dinner to celebrate the arrival of our dog. Not bad, but this is just too big and cabernised for PN. Fairly consistent with note of almost two years ago. We'll finish off the Roars with a crescendo, saving the Rosella's bottles for last, and then I think I am done with them. Some interesting beef blood notes in this.

Opened as a PnP and wine is drinking beautifully. A bit richer fruit than I would have expected but also nice minerality and garrique.
