Well if Chardonnay gets better than this, we should all convert! Ole Ramey has perfected the Art of Aged Chard. More than 15 years young and this Chard delivered in spades with an absolute perfect blend of crisp minerals and perfect clarity. A beautiful presentation!

This is a lovely CA chardonnay, bold and expressive, with oak and pineapple notes, but well balanced. The 2002 Ramey Hyde Vyd chardonnay is a little bit better, IMO, but this is excellent just the same.

Paleish yellow; mineral nose, some tropical fruit notes, but quite correct and focused in a burgundian way. Zingy fresh attack, surprisingly spritely, then a little more weight, slightly creamy, tropical fruit and a long mineral finish. Obviously some weight to the finish but not typically 14%abv. Very elegant and really very nice. ****

Amazing bottle, the best we have had from this six pack I picked up last year. Pure, clean, crisp fruit; lemon, spice, pear, creamy. Wonderful stuff!

Wonderful lemon cream fruit with a rich finish, shows melon, pear, pineapple and butterscotch, excellent balance and depth, love Ramey Chard!
