Light to medium yellow. In the nose, this is typical Saumagen from a not so warm vintage. Chamomile, citrus fruit, some barely ripe apricot, chalk. In the mouth, it's juicy, firm and tight, fresh acidity, quite dry tasting, but not austere. Dry finish, slightly tart in a nice way.

Classic nose, clean, noble, splendid.
More serious and saline than the Abtsberg. Linear, very good.
