Remarkably good California Sauv Blanc in a Loire Valley style. We ordered a half bottle off the list at Ocean Grand to accompany our first courses of rock lobster in tomato broth with southern vegetables and crab avocado timbale. Pale and totally dry. Not a trace of tropical fruits like the Duckhorn SBs of old. Smells and tastes like green fruits such as lime and granny smith apple. Very crisp, clean as a mountain spring and just as refreshing. Excellent.
