Brunello dinner (at Moshe Zuker): Classic BdM red-brown colour Pleasant tertiary-earthy aromas with hints of dark cherry and light spice. Med-full bodied, firm tannins, ripe fruity flavours, excellent acidity level, good structure and balance. Can age nicely few up to 10 more years.
Seattle Offline IV - Italian Wines (Henry's House (Seattle)): Cherry nose profile with hints of vanilla and toasted oak. More cherries and dark fruit on the palate. Light to medium bodied with mild tannins, but they just didn’t support the medium length finish. Very approachable, subtle, some finesse, but void of backbone or defined structure.
