  With Pork Chop….
  Found this in the cellar and thought for sure it would be
  DOA….great spice, cherry, camphor and bruised plum, baking spices.
  Nose very open. Smiling

  Dark garnet color. The nose is reticent with raspberry and dark cherry initially. The palate is direct with raspberry, dark cherry, spice, and just a touch of harshness on the back end. This wine is medium-bodied with slightly low acidity. Overall, this was dark fruited but seemed slightly plodding in the mouth and provided a touch of bitterness on the finish. Drink sooner rather than later.

  My last of these and the best. Excellent balance. Perfect with fresh caught silver salmon. Great fruit and good complexity.
