Less acidic than I tried previous times. I remember this had more piercing acidity, which I liked. Still, it shows a great balance between acidity, fruit flavor and sweetness (not bone dry).

Salmon-pink, unfiltered and slightly cloudy; medium intensity aromatics, strawberry and red fruited, very slightly funky; fine mousse, red fruited, fairly simple but refreshing medium-plus acidity, minimal to no dosage/sweetness; finish is short-medium length. Tastes like a natural sparkling rose, very good for the affordable price. Drink now. 89

I totally agree with Cosmo M., because the 2020 was a dream of a lambrusco. The 2021 has a finer bubble but it way less complex. Still pleasant and in balance.

Salmon in colour with pink grapefruit and cranberry aromas. Savoury with refreshing acidity and a juicy finish.

Bright citrus and fine perlage with acidity and crispness. Slight yeast notes.
