A very rare dry Picolit. Getting quite mature, pale golden in colour, with notes of smokiness, ripe pear, seems to have undergone malolactic fermentation, but acidity is still very prominent, quite full bodied without being oily, long aftertaste with cleansing acidity. Very enjoyable now but probably will not improve with further aging.
