Very smooth feeling. Plum and greenery tastes. A little bit of oak char flavor detracts as well as mouth-drying tannin.

Lots of cherry and baking spice on the nose. Still drinking quite well. Started out very spicy but after a couple of hours it has softened well. Has some black pepper, leather, cherry, and plum. I can’t imagine it will get any better so drink up!
