  Not really in my taste, but serious and interesting.
  
  Deep, opaque black brownish color looking more like a combination of soy sauce and balsamic vinegar.
  Big nose with herbs, burnt sugar, tar, soy sauce, anise and liquorice. Quite sweet, but with a intensely bitter finish. Hides the strong alcohol quite well (45% abv) and takes a firm grip of the palate. Hard to combine with anything but more schnapps. A lot better than the blackcurrant version.
