Medium salmon pink colour. Very mild grapefruit aroma. Crisp and energetic taste, some berry and citrus notes, and a distinct minerality on the finish. Paired extremely well with spicy Indian curries and biryanis.

Classic pale salmon pink colour. Nose is shy at first and quite minerally, but opens to modest fruit, watermelon rind, canned peach, grapefruit.
Palate is more interesting. Bone dry of course, but very little fruit, with a yummy savoury edge and a gently bitter tonic quality. White pepper in there too. The mouthfeel is quite nice, with fresh acidity and a slight firmness from the tannins. Juicy but with a bit more heft!
This is a serviceable rose, with a couple of unusual elements adding some interest.

Nice but meh at the same time. Perception of sweetness is higher then I like on the taste (only 2g/L so dry ... but perception is different). Definitely crispness and freshness. Strawberries, peaches, orange peal. Its okay for a rose, just not really bringing anything different. For $20, okay.

Blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Rolle. The enticing, medium+ intensity nose offers a lovely, complex mix of grapefruit, melon, orange, white peach, citrus, honeysuckle, and herbal aromas with an underlying minerality. It's medium+ bodied on the dry, ripe palate with appealing grapefruit, floral, white peach, melon, and citrus flavours that taper to herbal and mineral on the juicy mid-palate. Nicely balanced throughout with fresh acidity. Leesy mineral notes linger on the long, crisp finish. Score: 90+ pts
