My second tasting of this wine and vintage for CellarTracker -- the first was June 5, 2021; done totally independent of the first tasting; heavy-weight foil, real cork, 14 mm maximum wine penetration; cork aroma of generic fruit, pepper, menthol, alcohol; long legs, the color is a yellow/pink; medium to full body; opened, tasted at approximately 18 degrees C, then tasted again at room temperature -- 25 C; nose of cassis, minerals, gooseberries, kiwi; not fruit forward or overly sweet, fast to medium finish; pair with fried or grilled chicken
