  dark fruit, some mineral notes and touch of coffee. Lovey creamy texture and some oak. Medium finish. Very pleasant.

  Popped and poured, while still young, really enjoyed this. Has the GC character (that I really enjoyed). Lots of fruit but its more in the background. With time I think this will develop nicely.

  Rubis translucide, peu de coloration. Nez fragrant de petits fruits rouges, d'épices douces et de terre. Un nez qui pinotte quoi ! Cépage évident en bouche, plein de fruits suivi d'une finesse marquée ou un peu d'épices, de terre, impression de minéralité accompagne le fruit. Pas le vin le plus expansif bu, mais similaire à une expérience avec un autre cru de ce producteur (peu de coloration et finesse). Sûrement qu'un peu de temps de garde permettrait le vin de se développer en complexité. Le vin fait 13,5%. Très bien.

  another very fine vintage for David Crox et al - less fruit forward than I remember the previous vintage I sampled (2007?). The fruit is cherries and Plum, currants, raspberries. Has pinosity. But it is tempered by a great freshness which makes the wine feel more narrow and elegant. A slightly hollow mid palate but great finish. Has spine but not much muscles or fat.
