This is the third vintner from which I've drank a VV. Over all, perhaps five or six bottles in the last year. Chilled is the way to consume however, this wine opens up as it warms to a cool room temperature. Green wood (grass ?) is suspended upon a pleasant citrus zest. The subtle effervescence augments the astringency of the flavors and the alcohol. I am searching for the mild tomato and spice dish to compliment this interesting wine.

Very thin tasting. Alcoholic ginger ale.
