  Very good, a slight sweetness from age. Wish we had a few more of this.

  An improvement in the previous bottle which seemed to be on its way out. Some complexity and depth in the nose and in the mouth. Some lovely herbal flavours blending nicely with the soft mellow citrus and rich savoury and sweet notes. Probably towards the end of is best, but still punching south the depth of maturity.

  Initially simple straightforward lively fresh limes. On second day this blossomed with tropical fruits , guavas and Slatey finish.
