Deep, dark reddish-purple in color, essentially opaque. Full, forward & attractive nose of ripe fruit aromas of dark cherries, blackberries & cassis with overtones of earthy/dusty & some floral notes, spices, cocoa/mocha, mint, herbs, minerals, toasted oak & vanilla. Full bodied with a very good concentration of well balanced & smooth textured, plush, ripe dark fruit flavors of cherries, boysenberries & plums with spices, some dark cocoa, minerals, toasted oak &vanilla. Lingering finish. Drinks quite well at present with decanting & extended airing but should develop further with additional aging.

This blend of 77% Cabernet Sauvignon, 23% Petit Verdot has a fresh, medium-high intensity nose of dried herbs, red & black fruits, currant, cassis, and fine wood spice aromas. On the elegant, medium-full to full-bodied it palate it has spicy aroma replays which are supported by smooth, well-structured tannins and very good acidity. The long, savoury oak finish is firmly structured with youthful, drying tannins. Will be even better in a few years and should drink nicely to the late 2030s. Score: 93+ pts

Still very young. Deep color. Dark fruit, blackberries, dark chocolate. Very balanced. Medium finish with remarkable tannins. Would recommend to hold for 3-4 more years.

Inky. Intense nose including cocoa. This is powerful, a little dry. Reminds me of Vaqueyras or Côte de Ventoux.
