Always consistently good, especially fro a QPR perspective . Citrus peel, lemon peach skin, pear skin -ripe fruits on rhe nose. To me, this tastes like a Meursault. I think it is one of Hartford’s best Chardonnays!

Chilled to 40 degrees F, opened and decanted for 15 minutes. This one seems riper than othe vintages I have had. Citrus peel, apricot, honey, pineapple on the nose. Paired with poached cod in a buerre Blanc. Apricot , peach, lemon on the palate . Definitely some phenolic bitterness which adds to the finish. I raved about previous vintages- this one is just a tad less impressive
