Pop and pour. Served at about 55 degrees. No detailed notes as this was more of a conversation wine.
Very nice pinot-esque stink on the nose, though this unfortunately blew off with air. For a riper vintage, this felt on the lighter side of that coin, overall medium bodied for my palate. Nothing ponderous, though it would never be accused of dancing across the tongue.
It shows you what good producers can do in more challenging vintages.
Drink now or hold.

Improved and has come together since my last taste a year and a half ago. Fairly light, perhaps lacking some depth and concentration, but detailed and lovely Gamay. My brother thought it weak, but he tends toward new world, bigger reds.

Serve slightly chilled for best results. Noticeably Gamay, balanced with dark fruit and minerals all playing nicely across the palate. Long pleasant finish.

Tangy style, a bit aggressive finish. I prefer a bit more fruit from a Beaujolais.

Consistently enjoyable wine. Drinking well now. Fruit and the slightly dark side, nice acid. Will buy again.
