Drank alongside Bruno Colin’s ‘20 BB and Bernard Moreau’s ‘19 BB - bottomline all 3 are well made and tasty BB’s redolent of orchard fruits and lemony citricity. This one has golden delish and Barlett pear notes with nicely integrated/balanced citricity with faint bitter orchard fruit skin close.

Chef's Tasting Menu with Wine Pairing - Atlas (Atlanta, GA): Transparent light pear color. Pear on nose. Very acidic, good finish. Shows as quite young at this stage. Paired with hens egg dish. Great pairing. This wine really coats the mouth. This pairing and wine was the best of the night. Brad - heavypourwine.com
