  Light yellow color, mineral and citrus notes and a creamy mouth feel. Acid and fruit sweetness balance nicely and provide a bright ,crisp palet.

  Starts of with a rich, waxy nose, and a fair amount of minerality. The wine has a creamy texture, with strong citrus flavors and medium acidity, good flint filled finish. Interestingly with time, a definite hazelnut component emerged, which my wife described as almost “Nutella” like, and in fact, I think she’s right! Very open and drinking well now.
