Had this with Chilled Avocado and Cucumber soup on the deck. Green color with yellow around the edges. Nose of butterscotch, pear, and various citris fruits; pear and mango were mentioned. A little different profile emerges when drinking it. Butter, crisp apples, and citric fruits emerge. A crisp wine with a nice long finish. Very suprising after my last experience with this bottle.

Note to self, I should keep a bottle or two of this around if I need to fix the deck. Talk about wood. Wow. Nose reveals wood, lemons, and caramel. The palate follows the nose with caramel, cream, lemons, and wood. I have no idea what food this would pair with. Super sour lemon tart with caramel sauce?
