  Super simple, with nothing distinct. Smooth and slightly buttery, with some faded fruit and balanced oak. It was perfectly simple, but simple nonetheless.

  The 2017 Sixto Uncovered is an excellent example of a very good west coast Chardonnay. It has some Oak, but it is well balanced with the minerality and fruit and alcohol. Very enjoyable and still has another year or two at least in the cellar.

  Not quite Burgundian but without the overly butter and oak. Like that this is “uncovered”.

  Bought several bottles from WineLibrary text message special. Typical west coast chardonnay. A lot of flavor, oak, medium-full body. Maybe it's getting late to be drinking 2017. I would take Landmark over this for finesse, or Hess for lower cost.
