A prominent raspberry note for me. Following a spirited entry, it falls off a bit toward the end. Would have been a pleasant, although not outstanding, rose sparkler in the $30 range, but to think that these guys are charging as much as a DP Rose or a Krug Rose for this product? You almost have to admire the sheer chutzpah.

Pronounced nose with notes of strawberry, cherry, toast. High acidity. Well balanced in the palate. 50% Pinot Noir, 40% Pinot Meunier, 10% Chardonnay. 12.5% alcohol.

Tasted after it has been popped 20 minutes. Bubbles here are pretty small, but the effervescence was medium+ at best. This one has a lot of good strawberry and a note of kirsch here that I couldn't shake. Some nuttiness towards the back, more of a walnut kind of note as the wine dried in the finish. The power of this wine is there, as the notes are very present and right in your face, but the structure of this bottle was a little strange.

Absolutely beautiful wine both color and palate. Crisp, elegant with tiny bubbles. Has great acidity and great body.

Very run of the mill rose. Very suspicious of how/where they source this NV ridiculously expensive wine. Southern Tasting
