  • Bought this for office lunch with my co-workers at high end chinese, regrettably(or in my case thankfully) lunch was cancelled and that gave me opportunity to drink this elixir just with my wife. Very youthful appearance in the glass, light spritz and sulfur. Sulfur blew off in few minutes and nose reveled incredibly complex melange of stone fruits underpinned but Haag's trademark minerality. In the mouth it slams you with a panoply of very ripe apricots and peaches soaked in mineral/slatey bath with crescendo towards the finish that last almost a minute. Undeniably very young, but already magnificent wine. Would love to have a few cases to open for the next 30 years.

  • Incredibly intense peach fruit, with this vintage sweeter and showing more botrytis than its 2005 counterpart.
