  I concur with the previous notes (b.dylan on 7/23/11). Especially the lack of acidity... definitely could use some more acidity for structure. Otherwise quite good and interesting.

  Quite deep lemon. Nose has some citrus fruit, some tropical fruit like pineapple, some yeasty aromas and also old oak - I have no idea if the wine is barrel aged. Nose is generally clean and reminded me a few familiar things put together, like riesling, chardonnay and sauvignon. However and this is the major drawback of the wine- while decently flavourful and with decent length in the mouth- it lacks acidity. It's not flabby, but I think it is difficult to stand along food.
