  No sign of ageing, a fresh and clear plum-purple red. Nose of coffee/chocolate they say cherry but I'm getting something deeper and rounder, mulberry (?), and an occasional waft of barnyard. In the mouth: smo.o.o.oth light medium body, fruity (now chocolate dipped cherries), rich and a pleasant fruit (apple+blackberry) tart acidity. Good length with a parma violet perfume. A lovely wine which clearly ages well beyond the 3-5 year window suggested elsewhere.

  Still a great and complex wine. Why have so many people drunk it so young ?

  Very light drinking Sonoma Pinot. I am not a fan of thos style, in spite of this I still found the wine below average.
  Would not buy again and poor QPR.
