  Uvaggio di diversi vitigni alsaziani (Pinot bianco, Pinot grigio, Riesling, Moscato alsaziano, Gewürztraminer) con vigneti condotti secondo i principi dell'agricoltura biodinamica. Bel colore giallo dorato intenso. Naso di mela, agrumi, albicocca e fico, con sbuffi minerali. In bocca e piano e dinamico on un lunghissimo finale fruttato di arancia rossa. Sebbene non sia un vino nelle mie corde ho quasi seccato una bottiglia da solo.
