Pure class. On the nose black olives, herbs, clove from the slightest touch of oak, and overall a wonderful sense of balance. And that's just the nose! In the mouth the 07 Lanzaga is smooth with not much grip; the tannins here are pure love. This goes down so easily. On the palate I get those same black olives and herbs along with a beautiful mineral finish. I'm reminded of the gorgeous 05 Riscal Reserva. This is a medium bodied beauty that, despite not having a lot of weight and force, will drink well for at least another seven years. Great wine but wow what a bad label. Looks like a cross between a bad dream and a Pink Floyd album cover. Drink by winter, 2022. All for 23 bones. Stellar deal.

Nice bottle ready to drink. Had a southern Rhone feel to it. Quite round, not tanic, fruit forward. Was unchanged on day two. Should last a few more years in the cellar but not certain this will do much in the way of greater complexity...

Benefited from bottle age as this is now well rounded and ready. Not too oaky, Grenache like.
