No formal notes, paired well with seared foie gras and confit onions jam, great balance of sweetness and acidity with mineral notes adding nice complexity.

5 Blind Pinots on a Thursday Night (Dave's House): Very nice way to finish the evening. Great nose; obviously botrytis affected, loads of honey, plenty of nice very ripe fruits; mango, roasted peach with some very nice secondary notes of crushed rocks and petrol. Palate has great balance and a complete long honeyed finish.
