  Regionality to the fore here - peppery, somewhat austere palate but with an undercurrent of black fruit, black olives that saves it from being too dry. The longer this breathes the more it loses the more rigid framework and fleshes out. Pretty good for the price - needs a big, robust game stew to tame its more crunchy elements.
