  Smoky apricot bouquet and flavors. Very sweet, but still good acidity. Good balance. Fully mature, but no rush to drink. Very nice wine.

  Really nice. Fully mature but on the youthful side. Nice golden color. Concentrated bouquet of honey, sweet peach, peach liqueur, cinnamon, honeysuckle with some spice. Medium bodied thick rich and viscous on the palate with concentrated flavors of peach, apricot, honey, and thyoical gewurztraminer spice. Well balanced. Plenty of sweetness but nice acidity keeps it in check. Drinks beautifully now but it's like it has the ability to age at least another 5 years if not longer.

The finish is long lasting with cloves and baked apricot pie. If this had more acidity to really balance out the whole, it would have been a real winner, drink up!
