  • A single vineyard from Tel machfi , just next to shaal village in the Golan heights.A 1000 meter hight vineyard
only Gewürztraminer, late harvest, with a hint of Nobel rot (botrytis) , less then 10%.

Deep lemon colour, very elegant, smooth and rich aromas and flavours of peach, pear, marmalade.
The botrytis is well blended in this wine, with the hints of fungal aromas. The suitness is well balanced with the grape acidity

Probably one of the best desert wines in israel Nowdays. Aging potential of 25 years, depends how old you love your desert wines.

    93pts.
