  Dinner at home -- pasta with homemade sauce. Light ruby color. Nose of blackberries and smoked meats. On the palate, lightweight flavors of sour cherries, smoke and leather witha rustic edge. Nice balance, but not a lot of concentration and a moderate finish. Straightforward and quaffable, and enjoyable for what it is.
