  Despite its age this was a wonderful wine. Extra long finish and by now somewhat muted tanins.

  some complexity to this but the oak overwhelms the fruit - difficult to see where it will go from here

  4瓶中的第1瓶。酒塞状态非常好，酒液颜色边缘有一点点转为轻微砖红，但整体紫红底色仍然清晰。保存状态极佳，还能陈放10年以上。
  倒出半杯后瓶醒1小时，干花和菌菇味越来越明显，不觉酸不觉涩不觉桶。有充盈和细腻的单宁，丝滑。酸度完全融入酒体，配合各种梅子和菌菇，鲜美。回味有微弱的一丝咖啡苦，可能再继续陈年会消失。1-3小时变化极慢且程线性，香气口感回味都极为精准。集中度很好，品种产区特征也很强。继续等待瓶中变化，越来越新鲜，包括出现黑醋栗，最终让我联想到美国波尔多混酿。之后再次向成熟优雅回归，但速度也是缓慢。我觉得这支酒刚刚脱离简单状态，正向复杂的高峰阶段发展。最后一杯时，酒在杯中一会儿新鲜靓丽，一会儿鲜美可口，一会儿甜美诱人，像万花筒一般。如果给更多时间陈年我会给于更高分数，可能会是95-96。下一瓶，我会在2022年之后打开。

  Aperto circa due ore prima di servirlo. fin da subito impressionante per intensità olfattiva, e per una complessità che si va via via arricchendo. Profondo complesso e fine Frutti della selva rossi e neri, sottobosco, liquirizia,, fiori secchi, chiodi di garofano, echi di tostatura. Al palato ancora molto energetico, con tannini completamente risolti, ma una struttura ed una freschezza che garantiranno ancora diversi anni di piacevolezza. Finale molto presente e davvero lungo.

  My first bottle in a few years, with very little noticeable change. Soft, floral nose. Licorice and berries on the palate, rose petals too of course but the oak is yet to integrate and distracts. This is also a Barolo with a lot of acidity, and while I enjoy the wine's vibrancy, it lacks the typicity I seek from Arborinas.
