  A deep straw yellow, lighter at the rim. Clean and bright. No legs or tears.
  
  Light, clean and discreet. An initial burst of lime citrus, which is followed by a ripened apple, honey sweetness.
  
  Medium-dry and light. A interesting combination of tart citrus fruit flavours - limes and grapefruit and a rounded apple spiciness, finished with a honey sweetness.
