80 percent Garnacha with 7% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Syrah, and 6% Merlot. Sounds good on the label but is it? Yes, terrific and delicious! Better than a recent Trader Joe's special on a burnt out Priorat, and nearly the equal of many Priorats made for early consumption. Unless you are going for $30 plus priorat, try this first. Beautifully expressed but still youthful garnacha rasp/kirsch/black pepper fruit, ample palate thickened by the generous blend. Fruit to the fore, little mineral or garrigue herbals. Drinks perfectly now.

strawberry, cherry, light spice, moderate tannins. Good acidity and the 14.5 ABV is integrated well, but the tannins are a little awkward and the flavors a bit muddled. Acceptable because of the price.

Very light, another great alternative to white with (spicy) chicken, or pork.
