This is a quality Pinot Gris. Quite expressive nose with floral and stone fruit. Medium acidity and flavorful on the palate. Probably at its best but can hold a little while more.

Taste: Medium bodied with medium+ acidity. The acidity is very refreshing and it doesn't overpower with herbs, lemon curds, peaches, white fruits, warm oils, with a racy mineral base.
Overall: This is a really good bottle of Pinot Grigio. It's one of the more complex ones I've had and it does a fantastic job of showing off what Pinot Grigio can really be in the right hands.

Expressive and elegant nose, white flowers and bright citrus and green herbal notes. Lemon fruit on the palate, lemon oil and a supportive minerality. Good stuff

Medium lemon hue, pronounced vanilla from French oak, spicy nose with lemongrass. Pretty rich bodied, peach stone & lime, oily / unctuous spicy, honeyed – like an Alsace Grand Cru Pinot Gris. Long finish - wonderful

Chicago Italian Lovers round 11- A Focus on Friuli (Han 202, Chicago IL): Nose: The nose is complex and intriguing with herbs, lemon curds, warm oils, peaches, citrus notes, and a real nice underlying minerality. There is a real expressive side to the nose with good depth.
