  Deep purple in color, medium body with plenty of blackberry and plum. Came across a bit musty at first but that might just be me. Nice spice through the middle, with an above average finish for a medium body. There wasn't much complexity to it, but then this isn't an Aussie Shiraz either. For $9+ a bottle, I'd say it was a pretty good red.
