  Mature red berry with a fine dollop of earth and a smaller amount of woodsy spice. Great concnetration for its level, and very good overall. This bottle was holding very well on Day 2.

  Subtle, mature fruit... Chambolle village I presume. Just now passing peak with red fruit diminishing against vibrant acidity. Enjoyable alone, with air, but better with lighter meats/game birds. Well receive by tasting panel, but not expecting improvement hence. Doubting there is enough fruit to carry this to the 20 year mark.

  Mature and ripe red cherry with earth and braised meat. A brightness remains here on the finish they keeps this elegant. Much better vs another bottle for the same case that I opened last year. A very good Bourgogne.
