Blanched, pale yellow in color with pretty scents of ripe fruit out of the bottle. Tart, sour apple dashes over the palate proceeded by red pears and honeydew. Butterscotch drops parade through the middle, but this Chardonnay has a more bracing acidity than one would think. A spice tinged ending that's rather tight and abrupt. A nice white that's probably best suited with food.
