  Exactly what I want from a PV. Perfect balance, extraction, tension with that PV touch of anise that I love

  Balanced in an austere way that I love. It has that PV flavor profile that I enjoy so much. This wine impresses with its finesse. Delightful!

  The wine looks straw colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like mineral, violet, hazelnut and pear. It tastes like pear, mineral, toast, violet and hazelnut.

  PERNAND-VERGELESSES 处于伯恩丘（Cote de Beaune）最北端的山地丘陵之中，在科尔登（Corton）山附近。该产区于1936年12月正式获得法定产区地位，这里既生产白葡萄酒也出品红葡萄酒。由于产区夹在科尔登山和金丘（Cote d'Or）东部斜坡之间，其葡萄园受到双重保护，且免受当地的盛行风侵扰，然而，另一方面，这一特殊的地理位置使得有些葡萄园无法享受充足的阳光，从而导致葡萄无法达到完全成熟的状态。在该产区内，较低的山坡上是黏质石灰岩，还带有“chaillots（硅质石灰石中的残余燧石）”的成分。高度适中的山坡上是石灰岩，还散布着鹅卵石。根据相关规定，该产区法定的白葡萄品种为霞多丽和白皮诺（Pinot Blanc），但是这里的白葡萄酒大多是由100%的霞多丽酿制而成。该产区在酿造红葡萄酒时，酿酒葡萄除了法定红葡萄品种黑皮诺外，还可添加霞多丽、白皮诺和灰皮诺（Pinot Gris）。后三种葡萄的比例之和可达15%，不过在实际酿酒过程中，很少使用这三种葡萄。
