- Yellow color - Nice nose. Crisp and medium acid up front. Lite fruit and citrus. Short finish. Medium to lite body. Probably good with spicy or dairy.

Grassy, tart, very Sauvignon Blancy in the New Zealand style. Ok for what it is, but a lot more Semillion would have tamed and made more interesting. Wood would have also mellowed it considerably.

This has oxidized considerably. It’s drinkable but long past, perhaps due to the synthetic cork.

Aromas of green apple and pears. Nice crisp flavors, well balanced, smooth supple finish. Great summer time cocktail white.
