  • Medium to full bodied, buttery notes, citrus and some tropical fruit with slightly heat on the finish. Good stuff.

  • Really good bargain. Nice balance - light acid yet creamy.

  • Intense tropical fruit nose with banana and pineapple notes as well as lactic character, oak and woolly hints.
Dry and quite fullbodied on the slightly greasy palate with balanced acidity and some salty touches. Elderflowers and lime blossoms. Smoky long finish with some hazelnutty character.
    Good stuff, but needs time.

  • Light golden yellow color. Big nose of a flowering meadow and ripe fruits, especially ripe peach, and even a touch of gummy bear candies with a whiff of creamy oak. On the palate the wine is really pleasant and smooth with a touch of sweet fruitiness promised by the nose, even though the wine is practically dry. Nice creaminess, wooden oak and a touch of vanilla in the mid-palate, which lead to the lengthy finish emphasizing tropical fruitiness with some alcoholic heat.

A rather nice and characterful white wine, that lends some of its characteristics from Southern Rhône whites, but definitely not all of them. One of the greatest whites I've had from Languedoc-Roussillon. However, seeing that the wine lacks a little bit structure due to its low acidity and soft body, it isn't that cut out to be a food wine. Probably best on its own in socializing situations, but at 17,50€, a bit too pricey for my tastes. However, a wine really worth checking out.

  • Vermintino grenache blanc and a few others. Classic feel of a Rhone white with good balance b/w fat and acid. Very good.
