  (Ads&Geoff@Coolah) sweet cinnamon and somewhat more medicinal than the 1990, lined with astringence. Sweet wood on the palate, with green spices, and cherry(!), soft smoke, vanilla, toasted nuts (cashew + almond). Structured. Lingering chocolate shavings and gentle cocoa powder, ending with sweet lingering smoke revealed with light watering.

  (40%, distilled 1994, bottled 2010, sherry oak cask) Light amber, clean fresh nose of cut grass, butterscotch, toasted nuts (almonds), and gentle smoke. Fruity - almost dried mandarin peel and honeyed figs, warmly wrapped around with some minty peat. Mid-length finish with a hint of seaweed and camphor. Better unwatered.
