  Lovely example of aged GSM. Chocolate, red and black fruit, savoury notes, cedar.

  Alas, my last bottle. This wine has held up unbelievably well. Not sure what the blend is, but I'm guessing it is shiraz heavy. A definite tinge of brown in the colour, and a little pungent on the nose on opening, but that mellowed with some air. Tending towards tertiary flavours. Drink up.

  My last bottle. A wonderful wine. It’s matured beautifully. Violets on the nose, slight tinge of brown on the rim. Great fruit, and balance on the palate. A long finish.

  Showing great tertiary development, coffe and leather. A little primary fruit remains dark cherry. Spicy and rich. Medium plus finish. AC
