  On PnP from the cooler, a little warmer than ideal it was a little astringent and odd. However, after a little air the first glass opened up nicely. Tropical fruit and balanced acidity to keep it fresh. After the remaining wine went into the fridge to cool off somewhat, it got even better. Delicious, and I know his Viogniers tend to age well, so it's got a nice future ahead of it.
