  Still a very great wine - all the things we described when we had our last bottle in Feb. 2021 is still there - the wine has clearly opened more up the last two years - a great balance a long pronounced aftertaste - we will stay at a very large 93 - are are clearly looking forward to try our next bottle - a great wine that is giving you a lot om promise for the future.

  Had coravined a glass 8-12 months prior, and the bottle held up excellent. Pop and pour and was drinking perfectly. Tannins were silk — tertiary mushroom and chocolate notes with some nice dark cherry left. Don’t wait longer on these imo.

  2小时开瓶回塞，之后瓶醒。后开始喝。刚嗅就能闻到很重的桶味。很多的黑松露片，浓郁的芝士，仿佛一道芝士意面，加了烟肉、培根片和干葱，整体饱满浓郁，块头很大，有些化不开的感觉。中后段多焦油，香料粉，皮革和一点点皮毛味，果香比较黑，不太清晰，被遮掩住了，但隐约有些汁水感，作为背景。入口结构大而饱满，孔武有力，但集中度略欠，丹宁粉质感细腻，铺满口腔。果味偏黑，带黑樱桃，黑醋栗等，较甜，有比较清晰的纵向走向，外围萦绕着一圈黑松露芝士意面和烟肉，力量感主要集中在前段，随后多烟草，甘草，胡椒，香草等，余中长。第二轮醒酒后，以带有脂粉的果味，偶尔点缀些许奶油黑松露，咸奶酪。后来回过头来喝，原先的奶油奶酪变成鲜奶油，黑果中的脂粉和玫瑰花香明显了起来。92～93/100

  We decanted the wine a couple of hours before drinking it. The nose - when we opend it was a lot of dark cherries - that has changed we still get dark cherries but also dark chocolate and a clear stable note.- THe wine is showning a nice balance - we are still however getting medium + tannins and acidity. Even-though the wine is 15 years old it is still rather early to drink the wine - the wine is drinking fine now - but only after being open for five hours.The wine is showing great complexity and we see a big potential for future development - will keep my bottles for 3-5 years before drinking again. We are happy to give well deserved 93.
