The wine has medium acidity. It smells like blackberry, strawberry, violet, strawberry jam and oak. The body is full. The wine finishes medium. It tastes like strawberry, cherry and oak. The wine looks ruby colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle. The wine has round texture.

Popped and poured. Nice nose, red and black berries, with hints of cherry and plum, cedar, spice. On the palate, red fruit profile, sour cherry, red plums, currant. Nice finish with decent balance. For $9 hard to go wrong with this as a daily drinker.

My initial impression was that the bottle was corked, but after consideration I realized it was just not very good. A rather unattractive nose, followed by a pungent alcohol-dominated flavor on the palate. I must admit the finish was pleasant. I would avoid it, as other wines in this price range tend to outperform this N.V. cab.

Wild cherries, wet stone, flowers on nose. Juicy, but fairly thin on palate with cassis, berries, medium acid, finishes light with medium tannins. A good wine, but does not distinguish itself in anyway. Not too surprising considering that the appellation is "American" and it is non-vintage.

Not unpleasant, but not identifiable as cab. N.V? Really?
