  Israeli wines (Israel Vacation): This has about 10 to 15% Cabernet Sauvignon in it. Purple with slight ruby swirls. This is very tight and I am not sure where it goes from here. The nose is promising. Black raspberries, slightly earthy with some grilled meats. Medium bodied. On the palate, I would prefer more ripeness. This is slightly green with some tart black raspberries. Clipped finish. Perhaps time improves this more as there is some decent fruit and a good texture. Certainly a good wine, but not as good as most of what I was drinking at the winery.
