  This bottle was past peak, too much dried fruit flavor for me. I still have one bottle remaining in my cellar to taste soon to verify.

  - Garnet color and aromas of cherry, medicinal, cedar and vanilla. It's balanced and has flavours of raspberry, cherry and strawberry with a medium body. Round texture with a long finish - Decanted one hour. Some of the medicinal notes vacated. Sweet notes abound. Great fruit. This wine needs food! We recommend salmon and/or mushrooms.

  The best of the three bottles I have tasted. Sweet dark black amarena cherry and vanilla. Big, yet softer than on previous samplings, and a bit more balanced. Really enjoyable.
